“Everything went smoothly from the beginning”

I had a very good experience in selling my home on Deerfoot Trail in Austin to Chip Ferguson. I had received a flyer and decided to call Chip to see what he had to offer before I called a realtor. My husband and I were having financial problems last summer. We received several foreclosure notices and did everything we could to work with the mortgage company to try to save our home.
